In early October, the implementation of a modern dust collection system in one of the leading recycling factories in our country. The project aims to increase the efficiency of the production process, while ensuring a cleaner and safer working environment for employees and minimal impact on the environment.

Recycling processes are often associated with the release of fine dust particles, which can pose a risk to both personnel health and the environment. The new dust collection system provides effective dust filtration and capture right at its source, thanks to highly efficient filters and intelligent airflow management.

As a result, the concentration of dust in the air in production areas has been reduced by more than 90%, which exceeds the requirements of current environmental and health standards.

The system is individually designed to the specifics of the factory's production process. It includes network of suction channels, central filtration unit and automated control system, which monitors the operating parameters and the status of the filters in real time.
